Refund Policy

FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY SHIPPED: If your order has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@carvenchy.com to request a refund. To be eligible for the refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and must return the item in the same condition you received it (can't be used).

Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@carvenchy.com.

FOR ORDERS LOST BY THE CARRIER: If a parcel is lost in transit, our priority is to resend the item to ensure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Refunds are not prioritized in these cases. However, if a customer insists on a refund instead of a replacement, please note that shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee (to cover handling and preparation) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please understand that our company incurs costs for each shipment, and we encourage all customers to review our policies carefully to understand these commitments when making a purchase.
